Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile applications for federally mandated healthcare systems, owning the Mobile First platform across AWS and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design mobile applications to meet specific business and technical requirements.
• Plan information architecture by creating data models, user scenarios, and workflow diagrams.
• Develop usability test plans and evaluate user feedback to validate information delivery.
• Create and maintain documented standards and assess new products and technical methods.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of programming experience in Java, Objective-C, or C++.
• Deep technical knowledge of mobile application development for Android, iOS, and Windows.
• Proficiency in C, C++, iOS, and XML.
• Experience with UI frameworks including Android, iOS, and XML.
• Knowledge of MVP application design and complex, reactive touch-based UI.
• Strong competency in data structures, algorithms, and software design for embedded systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Mobile First.
• AWS infrastructure experience and AWS certifications.
