Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of secure mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile application development for iOS and Android to support government services and citizen engagement.
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver accessible mobile solutions.
• Ensure applications comply with data privacy, security, and accessibility standards including WCAG and GDPR.
• Manage app releases, debugging, and updates on the App Store and Google Play.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Proficiency in Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience implementing offline storage and device integration including camera and GPS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
