Lead the functional and architectural design of mobile application suites within a regulated healthcare environment.

You will own the full development lifecycle from preparing design specifications to delivering within set deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and architectural design for assigned areas, ensuring decisions meet project requirements.
• Develop production-ready mobile products, including refactoring, research, and proof of concept builds.
• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and provide technical training to team members.
• Analyze technical risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure area readiness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of native iOS development experience using Swift and Objective-C.
• Proficiency in hybrid mobile development using Flutter and Dart.
• Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Commitment to high code quality, unit testing, and engineering best practices.
• University degree in Computer Related Sciences or a similar field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and English language skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Background working in Pharma, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
