You will lead the mobile engineering team in designing, developing, and shipping high-quality native mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering native mobile applications.
• Define, architect, and ship new features across platforms in collaboration with product, design, and backend teams.
• Drive technical decisions, architecture reviews, and enforce development best practices for mobile engineering.
• Mentor, coach, and guide junior and mid-level engineers, establishing coding standards and code review processes.
• Oversee integration with backend services, APIs, and third-party SDKs, and lead performance optimizations.

Required Skills

• 14+ years experience architecting and deploying large-scale native iOS applications using Swift, Objective-C, and SwiftUI.
• Strong experience developing mobile applications for Android using Kotlin or Java.
• Deep understanding of mobile architectures, including MVVM, VIPER, and Clean Architecture patterns.
• Expertise in performance optimization, memory management, and multithreading in mobile environments.
• Proven experience establishing mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
• Experience integrating complex APIs, authentication flows, and real-time data features.
• Track record of leading and managing high-performing mobile engineering teams.
