Description

Lead test architecture and quality assurance for mobile applications, owning the strategy for scalable testing processes and team leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test architectures that support scalable, efficient testing workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Java, Python, or C# to ensure high coverage.
• Integrate testing pipelines directly into CI/CD workflows for continuous quality validation.
• Guide testing teams and influence improvements in testing methodologies and practices.
• Communicate complex technical testing concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on mobile applications.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, Python, or C#.
• Deep expertise in test automation tools and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Proven leadership experience guiding testing teams.
