Lead automated testing for Android applications to ensure high-quality mobile user experiences.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using the Espresso framework and Kotlin.
• Identify test cases, create test plans, and execute scenarios to validate functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot application and test suite issues, working with developers to resolve defects.
• Participate in code reviews to enforce automation best practices and own the testing process.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing test automation scripts using Espresso.
• Hands-on coding experience with Kotlin.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases.
• Kotlin, Espresso, Android automation.
• Knowledge of security, performance, and load testing.
• Understanding of exploratory testing methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
