Description

You will manage mobile device support and incident resolution for Android and iOS environments.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot mobile applications, MDM via Workspace ONE, VMware Tunnel VPN, and Lookout security tools.
  • Support mobile device fleets across D2D, Retail, and B2B business lines.
  • Publish and update internal mobile applications and technical documentation.
  • Maintain KB articles and deliver weekly activity reports.
  • Test Beta OS versions and manage app delivery using Smart Groups and Tags.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in mobility or MDM engineering.
  • Expertise with Workspace ONE MDM.
  • Hands-on experience with Android and iOS platforms.
  • Proficiency troubleshooting VMware Tunnel VPN.
  • Experience using Lookout security tools.
  • Ability to manage application deployment via Smart Groups and Tags.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile applications.
  • Any Graduate degree.
