Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of MongoDB database architectures across on-premises and cloud platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain MongoDB environments on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop and optimize data models, indexes, and queries for scalability.
• Manage database operations using MongoDB Compass, Ops Manager, and backup tools.
• Implement security protocols including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
• Automate administrative tasks using Python or Bash scripting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in database architecture and administration.
• Deep expertise in MongoDB internals and NoSQL concepts.
• Proficiency in MongoDB Atlas and cloud deployments.
• Strong skills in data modeling, the aggregation framework, and indexing.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in implementing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc.
