Description

We are seeking a Senior MongoDB Database Administrator with 10+ years of experience to support enterprise MongoDB environments running onIBM Z / LinuxONE (s390x) and Linux platforms.

Administer, configure, upgrade, and maintain enterprise MongoDB environments.
Manage Replica Sets, Sharding, Replication, High Availability, Backup/Recovery, and disaster recovery.
Perform MongoDB performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity management.
Implement database security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and access controls.
Support MongoDB migrations, upgrades, patching, and production deployments.
Collaborate with IBM Z/LinuxONE, Linux, infrastructure, storage, network, and application teams.
Automate DBA activities using Shell, Python, or similar scripting technologies.
Provide production support, documentation, root-cause analysis, and technical guidance. 
Required Skills

10+ years of database administration/engineering experience.
Strong hands-on MongoDB DBA experience.
Experience with MongoDB on IBM Z / LinuxONE (s390x).
Expertise in MongoDB replication, sharding, indexing, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and security.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and production-support skills.
