Description

You will own the design and implementation of scalable MongoDB data models and ensure production stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance MongoDB data models.
• Develop complex queries, aggregation pipelines, and indexing strategies.
• Integrate MongoDB with applications using Node.js, Java, and Python drivers.
• Implement replication, sharding, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Monitor database performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks in production environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience focused on MongoDB.
• Expertise in MongoDB, MongoDB Compass, and mongosh.
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas and Change Streams.
• Proficiency with official MongoDB drivers for Node.js, Java, and Python.
• Strong understanding of Schema Design, Indexing, and Aggregation Frameworks.
• Experience implementing Replication, Sharding, and Performance Tuning.
• Knowledge of Security Best Practices and Role-Based Access Control.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
