Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, managing full SDLC activities from analysis through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full SDLC activities, including code reviews, resource planning, and team mentoring.
• Design and develop custom add-ons, plug-ins, integrations, and xRM applications to extend CRM functionality.
• Lead software implementation projects covering on-premise, cloud, and migration scenarios.
• Develop Microsoft Automate workflows, PowerApps, and PowerBI reports.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to scope system changes and prepare RFI/RFP documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft technology, including MS Dynamics, Azure, and Power Platform.
• 7+ years of experience in the design, customization, and administration of MS Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proven track record of at least 3 full lifecycle D365 CRM implementations.
• Proficiency in C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and DAX queries.
• Experience with PowerApps Studio, PowerBI Desktop, and Azure Analysis Services.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365, SharePoint APIs, and Dynamics 365 APIs.
• Experience with CRM adapters such as KingswaySoft or Scribe.
• Certified MS Dynamics 365 Professional.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project scheduling, monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• Background in pre-sales and end-user training.
