Description

You will design, develop, and optimize complex SQL Server database schemas and objects for high-volume environments processing over 500M new records daily.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize SQL Server schemas, scripts, and objects to meet complex business requirements.
• Perform performance tuning on queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in high-volume production environments.
• Monitor and tune complex ETL jobs to ensure data integrity and system stability.
• Collaborate with application developers and stakeholders to establish best practices and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database development.
• Expertise in SQL Server 2016 or above.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Bamboo.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for development lifecycle management.
• Ability to work within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience maintaining audit and compliance standards in regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain experience.
• Experience with Red Gate tools.
