Role Overview:

The Senior Multi-Cloud Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. This role focuses on managing cloud operations with an emphasis on automation, monitoring, security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, support, and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Manage cloud operations with a focus on automation, monitoring, security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Develop and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and GitHub.
• Collaborate with application and product teams to deploy, operate, and optimize cloud-based workloads.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor cloud platforms, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls, access management, key management, governance, and compliance standards.
• Support Windows and Linux server environments and develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Manage infrastructure components including networking, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, databases, storage, and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Cloud Architecture, DevOps, ITIL, ITSM/CMDB, SDLC, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Risk & Security Compliance, and multi-cloud platform operations.
