Description

Lead the development, deployment, and management of advanced NLP models in production and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art NLP models for complex text analysis and natural language understanding.
• Manage the full model lifecycle using MLOps best practices, including version control, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain NLP solutions specifically for on-premises deployment, focusing on scalability and security compliance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate NLP capabilities into broader systems.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise in NLP and MLOps.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying NLP models in production.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Deep experience with NLP libraries including NLTK, spaCy, and Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of MLOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to deploy NLP solutions in on-premises environments.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex natural language understanding problems.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
