Description

You will lead the configuration, customization, and development of nCino and Salesforce platforms to meet complex business requirements. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure nCino environments to align with specific business needs.
• Develop complex logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Manage the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle, including deployments via AutoRABIT or Salesforce DX.
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows and automated business processes.
• Execute unit testing and maintain high code quality standards within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3-5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience using Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with nCino configuration and customization.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Experience with web services including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Active Salesforce certification.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial banking environments.
• Prior experience with Java and object-oriented design patterns.
• Background working on CRM projects for enterprise-scale companies.
