Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform comprehensive ADA and accessibility scans across application code and front-end interfaces.
Identify accessibility issues and plan systematic remediation across complex C#/.NET enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Telerik UI, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Conduct accessibility audits using tools such as NVDA, WAVE, Claude AI, and other applicable testing approaches.
Ensure web applications meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA, WAI-ARIA, and ADA Section 508 requirements.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
7+ Years: .NET Core / .NET
8+ Years: ASP.NET Core (MVC / Razor / Web API) and C# enterprise patterns
Deep proficiency in Native JavaScript ES6+
Strong expertise in modern CSS, including Flexbox, Grid, CSS Variables, and SCSS
Advanced knowledge of semantic HTML5
Expert understanding of W3C web standards, responsive design, and cross-browser performance optimization

Expert-level knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices, and ADA Section 508
Hands-on experience developing accessible PDF output using .NET PDF libraries
Experience with Claude AI, NVDA, and WAVE
Hands-on expertise with GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) Copilot and Anthropic Claude, including Claude Code, API, or enterprise interfaces
Proven experience with CI/CD automation, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Git workflows, and release engineering
