Description

You will lead the modernization of existing MVC applications and define architecture patterns for the current environment.

Responsibilities

• Review legacy MVC apps and plan migration or modernization efforts.
• Design .NET applications, REST/GraphQL APIs, and SQL Server databases.
• Implement front-end features using React and PrimeReact.
• Optimize SQL Server performance via stored procedures, indexes, and queries.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET application development.
• Strong proficiency with MVC frameworks and modern .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience building REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Expertise in SQL Server, including stored procedures and query optimization.
• Experience with Entity Framework Code First and data access patterns.
• Front-end development skills with React and PrimeReact.
• Ability to break technical work into milestones and deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with IT Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise for development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience translating functional requirements into technical designs.
• Ability to communicate risks and recommendations to leadership.
