Description

Develop and maintain n-tier web applications using C# and the .NET framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full software development life cycle using MVC architecture and Visual Studio.
• Develop and maintain Oracle database objects including stored procedures, packages, triggers, views, and indexes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application reports, calculations, and data issues using Crystal Reports.
• Mentor other programmers on debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications.
• Manage source code using TFS, GitLab, or SVN and coordinate service requests within the IT Service Management System.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC architecture.
• 7+ years of experience with HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle database design, PL/SQL, and data migration.
• 6+ years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, and message queue processing.
• 6+ years of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab, including CI/CD workflows.
• 2+ years of experience handling HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI), HL7, or FHIR data.
• 2+ years of experience with user authentication and authorization via OKTA, LDAP, RSA, or Access Manager.
• Bachelor's degree.
