Description

Design, develop, and test workforce management systems including OSMIS, Career Explorer, MAERS, and IMPACT. Own application stability, performance optimization, and technical support for the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core applications and information systems.
• Enhance application stability and performance.
• Lead less experienced developers and provide technical guidance.
• Evaluate new development tools and agency systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development, design, and testing.
• 5+ years with C#, Git, JSON, and xUnit.
• 2+ years with Entity Framework and Serilog.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Web Services.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with JSON Serialization, Hangfire, Polly, and NSwag.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with SAP BO.
