Description

You will own the full lifecycle of workforce development applications, including OSMIS, Career Explorer, and IMPACT, from design through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis, design, and development to support and enhance existing application suites.
• Execute testing and implementation of new features and stability improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools to improve application capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development, design, and testing.
• 5+ years with C#, Git, JSON, and xUnit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and JSON Serialization.
• Experience with Entity Framework and Serilog (2+ years).
• Competency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, TypeScript, and Web Services.
• Experience with Hangfire, Polly, and NSwag.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• SAP BO knowledge.
