✅ 84+ months of experience developing highly available, scalable multi-tier (3-tier) enterprise applications using Object-Oriented or Service-Oriented Architecture (OOA/SOA).
✅ 84+ months of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework (3.0+), and .NET Core.
✅ 60+ months of experience developing ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core MVC web applications.
✅ 84+ months of experience modernizing legacy applications from MS Access, Visual Basic, and Windows Forms to modern .NET Framework / .NET Core MVC solutions.
✅ 72+ months of experience building and consuming RESTful & Non-RESTful Web Services using ASMX, WCF, and Web API.
✅ 36+ months of front-end development experience with React, Angular, and Bootstrap.
✅ 84+ months of advanced SQL development using Oracle or SQL Server, including Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Complex Queries.
✅ 48+ months of experience deploying and managing .NET applications on IIS.
✅ 48+ months of experience supporting systems related to Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Critical Infrastructure, or Emergency Response.
