You will design and modernize enterprise-grade .NET applications, migrating legacy systems to scalable, multi-tier architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop highly available, scalable multi-tier enterprise applications using OOA/SOA patterns.
• Lead application modernization efforts, migrating legacy MS Access, Visual Basic, and Windows Forms solutions to .NET Core MVC.
• Build and consume RESTful and non-RESTful web services (ASMX, WCF, Web API) to support complex enterprise integrations.
• Develop front-end interfaces using React, Angular, and Bootstrap, ensuring seamless interaction with backend services.
• Manage deployment and administration of .NET applications on IIS, supporting critical infrastructure and public safety systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework (3.0+), and .NET Core.
• 6+ years of experience developing ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core web applications.
• 7+ years of experience building and consuming web services including ASMX, WCF, and Web API.
• 7+ years of advanced SQL development using Oracle or SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, and complex queries.
• 3+ years of front-end development experience with React, Angular, and Bootstrap.
• 4+ years of experience deploying and managing .NET applications on IIS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting systems in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Critical Infrastructure, or Emergency Response.
• Proven track record in enterprise solution architecture and legacy migration projects.
