Description

You will design and develop scalable backend solutions for enterprise-grade HR and payroll applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend systems using .NET Core and C#.
• Develop RESTful APIs, background services, and event-driven architectures.
• Manage data storage and optimization using SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and QA teams on solution design.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in .NET backend development.
• Strong command of C# and .NET Core / .NET 6/7.
• Expertise in microservices architecture and asynchronous programming.
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Git and unit testing frameworks like xUnit or NUnit.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with message brokers including RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event sourcing.
