Description

You will own the development and modernization of backend services using .NET.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business logic embedded in SQL queries and stored procedures into scalable .NET services.
• Design and develop backend components, including RESTful APIs, for modern service-oriented architectures.
• Optimize existing and new SQL queries for performance and maintainability.
• Participate in application modernization initiatives by migrating logic from legacy systems.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in .NET / C# for backend development.
• Experience with .NET Core.
• Expert-level SQL knowledge, including complex queries, CTEs, joins, and stored procedures.
• Proven experience in application or database modernization projects.
• Ability to reverse-engineer business rules from legacy SQL implementations.
• Experience working with relational databases, specifically SQL Server.
• Understanding of layered architecture, service-oriented design, and API development.
• Proficiency with source control systems like Git and Azure DevOps.
