Build and maintain secure backend solutions and responsive frontends for healthcare applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure backend solutions using .NET (C#) with a focus on HIPAA and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document RESTful APIs for third-party services, mobile platforms, and application integration.
• Build responsive frontends for patient and care advocate applications using React or Angular.
• Deploy scalable, high-availability solutions using cloud-native services like functions, messaging queues, and managed databases on Azure or AWS.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in .NET and C#.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Frontend development experience with React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience working within healthcare regulatory frameworks like HIPAA.
• Degree in any field of study.
