Description

You will develop and maintain high-quality full-stack web applications using .NET Core and ReactJS while leading and mentoring junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and ReactJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and ensure application performance and responsiveness.
• Lead and mentor junior developers to improve code quality and team capability.
• Maintain code organization, automation, and adherence to agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Core for application development.
• Proficiency in ReactJS for front-end development.
• Strong JavaScript skills for client-side logic and integration.
• Experience with SQL Server for database design and queries.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture patterns.
• Practical experience with Docker for containerization.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
• Proven ability to work independently and in team environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying emerging technologies to improve development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
