Description

Lead the migration of legacy Java, C++, and PL/SQL systems to modern .NET 8 C# WebAPI2 REST services while developing complex software components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex .NET software components using C# and .NET 8.
• Convert large volumes of legacy Java, C++, and PL/SQL code into C# WebAPI2 REST services.
• Manage and optimize large-scale PL/SQL stored procedures in Oracle using explain plans.
• Analyze legacy VB6 and C++ codebases for .NET migration.
• Write SOLID, testable code and develop automated unit and integration tests.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of .NET development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET 8 framework.
• Strong PL/SQL and Oracle stored procedure development skills.
• Experience with WebAPI 2.0 REST services and microservices architecture.
• Background in Java or C++ for code conversion tasks.
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and Splunk.
• 3+ years of Agile experience.

Preferred Skills

• WPF, WinForms, and IOC Containers.
• TDD, MOQ Frameworks, and IBM MQ.
• Scaled Agile certification.
