Description

You will lead the modernization of legacy products by upgrading .NET Framework applications to .NET Core while ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade legacy codebases from .NET Framework to .NET Core, handling breaking changes and migration complexities.
• Debug and resolve production issues, focusing on root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Document technical implementations and migration strategies for team alignment.
• Implement automation to scale impact and reduce manual overhead.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Extremely strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Proven experience migrating .NET Framework applications to .NET Core.
• Skilled at mitigating breaking changes during major version upgrades.
• Strong debugging skills with a track record of resolving complex issues.
• Ability to document technical designs and implementation details clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools and AI-driven maintenance platforms.
