Provide L1 / L2 production support for distributed, microservices-based, and API-driven applications running on PCF and cloud platforms.
Monitor application and platform health, investigate alerts, troubleshoot failures, and restore services within agreed operational targets.
Lead incident triage, escalation, stakeholder communication, service recovery, and blameless post-incident reviews for high-priority production issues.
Diagnose issues across application code, JVM/runtime, APIs, middleware, messaging, databases, Linux, networking, certificates, and platform services.
Support application deployments, configuration changes, platform upgrades, patching, release validation, rollback, and production readiness activities.
Operate and troubleshoot PCF components, including organizations, spaces, routes, buildpacks, service bindings, application manifests, scaling, logs, and platform health.
Use PCF Command Line Interface (cf CLI), platform dashboards, logs, and metrics to investigate application staging, crash, routing, connectivity, and service-binding issues.
Apply SRE practices such as SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction, capacity planning, resiliency reviews, and operational readiness checks.
Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, operational runbooks, knowledge articles, support procedures, and service recovery playbooks.
Perform root cause analysis and problem management; translate findings into durable fixes, preventive controls, automation, and measurable service improvements.
Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Bash, PowerShell, APIs, or workflow tools to reduce manual effort and improve mean time to recovery.
Participate in on-call support and coordinate effectively with globally distributed development and support teams.
