Description

You will define scalable system architecture and lead a team of full-stack developers in building distributed, cloud-native solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-layered system architecture, design standards, and technical documentation for frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Design and implement robust API architectures, integration patterns (REST, event-driven), and asynchronous messaging systems.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure or GCP, managing CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and secure configuration.
• Optimize relational database performance, indexing strategies, and caching systems for high-load environments.
• Lead engineering teams, conduct code reviews, enforce Agile best practices, and drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience with hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET.
• Strong frontend development skills with React or equivalent SPA frameworks.
• Backend proficiency in Node.js/Express or similar technologies.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; GCP/AWS acceptable) and PaaS services.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management using Azure DevOps.
• Solid database design expertise with MySQL, including query optimization and indexing.
• Experience leading teams in Agile environments and mentoring engineers.
• Expertise in authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise system architectures or healthcare domain solutions.
• Familiarity with advanced integration patterns and middleware platforms.
