Responsible for end-to-end management, support, and administration of the Digital SOP system, a .NET-based, cloud-hosted application using Microsoft IIS and WebLogic. The role covers technical operations, user access, vendor coordination, and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Digital SOP application across cloud-based virtual machines (Azure), including IIS, WebLogic, and SQL Server components.
• Manage user licenses and permissions (author, power user, co-creator, admin) and handle folder-level access for multiple organizational units.
• Create, modify, and maintain folder structures and document repositories as per business requirements.
• Process and resolve user access requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide L1/L2 support; escalate L3 issues to vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors for application changes, configuration updates, and production deployments; act as the main technical liaison.
• Execute configuration changes, system updates, and patching, ensuring compatibility and minimal downtime.
• Raise and manage RFCs, follow change management processes, and document all changes and support activities.
• Monitor application performance, address slowness or storage issues, and coordinate index tuning or resource expansion with vendors and infra teams.
• Maintain and update SOPs, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams for the system.
• Ensure compliance with security, data retention, and organizational policies; support audits and reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Deep expertise in .NET, Microsoft IIS, WebLogic, and SQL Server administration.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) and standalone client-server architectures.
• Proven ability in user access management, license administration, and document repository management.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, incident/change management, and vendor coordination.
• Experience with troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SOP/document management systems and integration with other IT systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and application servers.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business users, vendors (GM/Blueprint), infrastructure, and compliance teams. 
• Participate in technical reviews, audits, and cross-functional meetings as required
