Description

You will refactor and modernize a critical legacy platform while developing components for a Merchant Engagement Platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Refactor and modernize existing legacy systems to improve platform stability.
• Design and implement microservices architectures to support scalability and future growth.
• Develop and maintain merchant services enhancements.
• Manage data flow and integration using MongoDB, SQL Server, Kafka, and Apigee.
• Build and execute automated API tests to identify and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET Core 6+ (preferably .NET 8) and .NET Framework.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Strong proficiency with MongoDB and SQL Server.
• Practical experience with Kafka and Apigee.
• Demonstrated ability to write and execute automated API tests.
• Experience working within merchant services environments.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PCF or OpenShift cloud platforms.
