Lead an offshore development team as a technical lead for full-stack projects, driving architecture and code quality while mentoring developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the offshore development team and remove technical impediments.
• Translate functional requirements into service specifications, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
• Develop technical components adhering to project architecture and design patterns.
• Review team code and provide actionable feedback to maintain coding standards.
• Follow defined implementation and deployment models and project guidelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core.
• Experience with SQL Server DB.
• Experience working with Openshift.
• Experience building and consuming Web Services.
• Practical application of Agile Methodology.
• Full stack development experience.
• Ability to design technical components and diagrams.

• Any Graduate degree.
