Description

You will develop, secure, and maintain ASP.NET Core MVC applications and WCF services within N-tier environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and secure Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Convert design mock-ups and wireframes into functional front-end code.
• Develop and integrate reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) into MVC applications.
• Manage code promotion, repository strategies, and recovery using Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with C# and ASP.NET.
• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server database design and query optimization.
• 10+ years of experience with Entity Framework (EF) 4.0 or later.
• 10+ years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and WCF.
• 10+ years of experience with N-tier environments and TFS code management.
• At least 4 years of experience developing ASP.NET Core MVC applications.
• 2 years of experience with Java.
• 2 years of experience with .NET Core or .NET 8.
• 5 years of experience consuming RESTful APIs.
• 5 years of experience with AJAX, JavaScript, and XML in ASP.NET applications.
• 5 years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• 5 years of experience with Visual Studio, including 2 years with Visual Studio 2019.
• 5 years of experience with TFS/Azure DevOps, including Git, Boards, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern .NET versions beyond .NET 8.
