Description

You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale web solutions and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement REST-based Web Service APIs and n-tier architectures.
• Lead technical staff by providing guidance, direction, and feedback to meet objectives.
• Plan and execute your own work to meet schedules and deliverables.
• Analyze and implement cost-effective, quality solutions for complex technical problems.
• Apply SOLID principles and development standards to all backend coding.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of advanced development experience in C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL database architecture, design, and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Expertise in building enterprise-scale APIs and web solutions.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with frontend technologies including Angular or React.
• Strong understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language).
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD, unit testing, and API test automation.
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing applications using modern streaming technologies and protocols.
• Experience leading teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed scrum teams.
