Description

Senior .NET Developer owning full lifecycle development, production support, and technical problem-solving for financial industry applications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret written requirements and technical specifications to design and implement software solutions for business problems.
• Develop and maintain .NET Core APIs and microservices, ensuring strong front-end integration with Angular.
• Analyze reported software issues, investigate defects, and document investigation results for production support.
• Perform maintenance, correct identified defects, and run unit tests implementing test plans and harnesses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex concepts into design and implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development within the financial industry.
• Strong .NET fundamentals with extensive experience in .NET Core.
• Strong front-end experience with Angular.
• Proficiency in Web API and RESTful services.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and jQuery.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and microservices architecture.
• Ability to work onsite at least a hybrid schedule in Austin, Dallas, or Denver.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
