Description

• Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain Connexus 3 in production; troubleshoot application, API, and data issues; analyze logs and perform root cause analysis; support REST API integrations and handle non-200 responses; perform bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments; collaborate with SSIS/database teams and business stakeholders.
    - Technical Skills: ASP.NET, C#/.NET, .NET Framework, REST APIs, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Application deployment.
    - Production Support Skills: Root cause analysis, monitoring, incident management, log analysis, API support.
    - Tools & Methodologies: Jira, SDLC, Git/TFS/Bitbucket.
    - Preferred: Legacy enterprise app support, on-prem deployments, SOAP services, regulated environment experience.
• Architect database schemas and implement complex SQL queries or entity framework configurations to optimize data retrieval and storage performance across enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining optimal application availability for end-users.
• Stay current with emerging technology trends and evaluate new tools or frameworks that can enhance development efficiency and overall application architecture
