Description

You will own the design and implementation of scalable DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications. You will lead automation initiatives, manage technical debt, and optimize code branching, merging, and release workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable DevOps processes to support enterprise application development and deployment.
• Centralize code repositories in GitHub or Azure DevOps to streamline workflows and lead automation initiatives.
• Integrate automated scanning tools to enforce rigorous code quality, security, and secure coding standards.
• Optimize code branching, merging, and release processes to ensure seamless and efficient deployments.
• Enhance unit and integration test coverage to guarantee application reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core development.
• 8+ years of experience implementing security practices, including secure coding, static code analysis, and data protection/encryption.
• 8+ years of experience with T-SQL and MS SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, GIT, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD.
• 5+ years of experience with automated testing, documentation, Test Driven Development (TDD), and gating deployments.
• 4+ years of experience with code quality and security scanning tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of managing technical debt and driving continuous improvement in development cycles.
