Lead technical delivery and requirement analysis for new business initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and perform high-level systems impact analysis.
• Perform detailed functional analysis and document specifications.
• Ensure requirement traceability and delivery during development and integration testing.
• Provide solution hand-off and training for new features to Operations and Production Support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, SOA, J2EE, and OOP.
• Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in cross-functional, time-zone distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
