Description

You will own the full development lifecycle for web applications, from requirements analysis and design to deployment and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, and MVC.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and object-oriented solutions.
• Implement unit testing strategies, debug programs, and resolve complex programming issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and external partners to meet project milestones and agency standards.
• Address security-related issues in applications built across multiple languages.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of current working experience with ASP.NET.
• 5+ years of current working experience with C#.
• 5+ years of current working experience with MVC frameworks.
• 5+ years of work experience in analyzing and addressing security issues for applications.
• 5+ years of working experience with Oracle SQL.
• Proven ability to work with Web Services and write technical specifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with IT experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EDI file formats and health industry domain knowledge.
