Description

You will build a new CSHCS Web application by analyzing existing systems at the Indiana State Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, and technical specification writing.
• Develop application code using object-oriented techniques, unit testing strategies, and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, business analysts, and functional teams to meet project milestones and requirements.
• Prototype, refine, test, and debug programs in coordination with technical staff and end users.
• Apply agency web application architecture and business decisions to all design work.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience with C#.
• 5 years of experience with ASP.NET and MVC frameworks.
• 5 years of experience with Oracle databases.
• 5 years of experience analyzing and addressing security issues in multi-language applications.
• Expert understanding of the SDLC.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently with latitude for judgment.
