Own the full software development life cycle for assigned projects, from requirements analysis through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the complete SDLC, including technical specification writing and system design.
• Develop application code using object-oriented techniques and unit testing strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical staff to prototype, test, and debug programs.
• Align development with business processes and federal or state policies.
• Work independently to meet project milestones and architectural requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C# programming.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft .NET Framework.
• Hands-on development using ASP.NET and MVC frameworks.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design.
• Ability to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical specifications.
