Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Analyze existing applications to design enhancements or new solutions aligned with agency standards.
• Write detailed technical specifications and unit testing strategies based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Project Manager to prototype, debug, and meet milestones.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and ensure compliance with architecture policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET MVC for web application development.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and object-oriented design.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in writing and executing unit tests and debugging strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide independent technical judgment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with a Project Manager in a collaborative agile environment.
• Background in agency or government compliance standards.
