Description

Build and maintain .NET applications in an AWS environment, owning deployments and resolving live system issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software using .NET, C#, Web Services, and T-SQL.
• Prepare and manage software deployments to production environments.
• Implement data integration tasks using SSIS.
• Resolve technical issues and questions reported by live system users.
• Lead small projects independently while contributing to larger team initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Containers, and API Gateway.
• Expertise in T-SQL and SSIS.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies like Scrum or Extreme Programming (XP).
• Solid understanding of design patterns, refactoring, and unit testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux and open source software.
• Background in financial services, specifically mortgage-related domains or mortgage-backed securities.
