Description

Develop and maintain computer systems by analyzing business requirements, creating design specifications, and constructing testable software solutions within a Scrum team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and create detailed design specifications for systems.
• Construct and test computer systems as part of a software development team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development problems by assessing situations rationally.
• Communicate technical terminology clearly to various audiences.
• Make decisions related to assigned tasks using established project management methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working effectively in a Scrum team environment.
• Knowledge of Project Management Methodology (PMM).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to construct and test computer systems independently.
• Strong decision-making skills for assigned technical tasks.
