Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality C#/.NET backend systems and game client services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Break down features into Azure DevOps Epics, Features, and Stories with accurate estimates.
• Author technical HOW/Design documents and obtain approvals before development.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests; provide functional test cases to QA.
• Perform code reviews, maintain branch health, and enforce PR and CI/CD quality gates.
• Instrument services with telemetry, analyze dashboards using Kusto (KQL) and Power BI.

Required Skills

• 3–10+ years of software engineering experience, including shipped features in AAA games or large-scale services.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET with REST and/or gRPC service patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repo, Pipelines) and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks, observability, and telemetry.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance standards (SSPA/DPR, GDPR).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience participating in on-call/DRI rotations for pre-production and production incidents.
