Description

You will build and maintain financial market data applications, REST APIs, and ETL pipelines using .NET and Python.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web applications and REST APIs using .NET Core and C#.
• Build data ingestion pipelines and efficient ETL processes for market data from vendors.
• Design data storage solutions using SQL Server or NoSQL databases for real-time and historical analysis.
• Deploy services to Azure Cloud and maintain monitoring tools for system health.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in system architecture and software application development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Python and RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in SQL, including query optimization in SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms and deployment practices.
• Experience with Databricks, Data Lakes, and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of data feeds and modeling from vendors such as BBG, Intex, S&P, Markit, Greenstreeet, or MSCI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial market data analysis and investment decision-making tools.
