Description

Technical lead overseeing development workflow, project management, and design for the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test applications using object-oriented principles and design standards.
• Lead the development team through code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and managing source control.
• Implement standards for coding discipline, testing, and software maintainability.
• Evaluate, estimate, and prioritize system enhancement requests and research emerging technologies.
• Troubleshoot and support production issues to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience developing in C# and ASP.NET.
• 2+ years of experience acting as a Senior Lead for a development team.
• Deep expertise in .NET 4.0/4.5 and .NET 5.0.
• Extensive experience with MVC, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server 2008+, MS SQL, and SSIS.
• Experience managing IIS 7+.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented software development, design patterns, and core engineering principles.
