Description

Drive development tasks within a .NET environment, owning assigned features from implementation through self-testing and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development tasks, including debugging, analytical troubleshooting, and self-testing of complex technical issues.
• Adhere to defined process flows and development guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation for all development activities.
• Mentor team members and contribute to research and development initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.
• Strong SQL database skills and experience with Version Control systems.
• Ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Experience with project deployment, including basic IIS configuration and hosting environments.
• Willingness to maintain and work with legacy technologies for 10-15% of project time.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers and guiding team members.
• Background in research and development within enterprise applications.
