Description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance front-office trading applications using C#/.NET technologies
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver business-driven solutions
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Support applications related to booking, pricing, electronic trading, and TRACE reporting
• Work on systems supporting Bonds, CLOs, Repos, Loans, and Interest Rate Futures products
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support and maintenance
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and application specifications
• Partner with global development teams and business users across international locations
• Contribute to system enhancements, performance optimization, and platform stability initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET development
• Experience working in Front Office trading or capital markets environments
• Good understanding of Fixed Income products including Bonds, Repos, CLOs, Loans, and Interest Rate Derivatives
• Familiarity with trading, pricing, and risk management systems
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting electronic trading platforms
• Knowledge of TRACE reporting workflows
• Exposure to global markets or investment banking technology environments
• Experience working with distributed global development teams
